Newly Renovated garden level apartment with southern exposure and lots of natural light. Secure gated private entrance. Historic Cheesman Park neighborhood in117 year old mansion one block to the Park. Updated tiled bathroom. Eat-in Kitchen with seating for four at kitchen island. Kitchen great room with mid century furnishings and West Elm couch. Separate bedroom with queen bed and down comforter with Room and Board night stand and vintage dresser. Enjoy this quiet sunny space in the heart of Capital Hill and Cheesman. Non smoking pet friendly..Covid update...we have implemented additional cleaning services to ensure all surfaces are disinfected and clean.

Quaint and clean apartment close to Cheeseman Park and walkable to so many places in the Capital Hill area of Denver. The host quickly resolved a minor issue and was responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again.

The place was nice but we didn't stay due to parking issues. We had to find a hotel. I would definitely recommend this place but get a Uber to get around.

I liked the location. We had a pleasant walk to a coffee shop. We had no problem parking. The snacks were a nice gesture. I didn’t like that there was no room for a bag of ice in the freezer (the freezer was very old fashioned and needed to be defrosted.) We had to ask the host to increase the temperature because it was a bit warm when we arrived. (Guest had no control over the temperature). The place felt like it needed more attention in cleaning. The baseboards were dusty and there was a dead roach in the entryway. I felt the stove might fall apart (handle was dangling) No cooking on this trip!
