About this apartment rental
End unit on 5th floor with beautiful unobstructed views of the white sugary sand beaches! This unit features one of the largest balconies on Panama City beach. Unit has been completely renovated and very comfortably sleeps 6 people. We offer weekly and monthly discounts for longer bookings. We are located within 10 minutes of pier park and have views of both piers for firework displays 4th of July and New Year's Eve. There are two pools on property- heated in winter, gym and sauna. It is very easy to access this unit with plenty of parking underneath building and an overflow covered parking garage across the street with a breezeway to safely get into the building from across the street.

***This property has a strict HOA policy that prohibits rentals to groups that are under 25 years of age***

I’ve been renting condos for many many years, and this was by far the cleanest and most well stocked I’ve ever seen. 5 stars hands down!! The host/hostess has included small appliances such as a Ninja, Keurig coffee maker, nice toaster, and the owner even leaves you a welcome basket filled with assorted coffees and creamers, as well as bottled water, pop tarts, breakfast biscuits, Famous Amos cookies. We didn’t go to the grocery store upon arriving at the condo, so these welcome items were perfect to sustain us until we made a grocery run. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony is nice and spacious with plenty of seating choices, too. I love the fact that beach service is included!Thank you, Kimberly, for a great stay!Debbie KayGeorgia

The condo was so clean and well appointed. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. Our hosts were prompt to answer any questions we had. Loved the relaxing visit!
