Bright and open upstairs including living room with comfortable 3-seater sofa and sofa bed along with 70” tv, gas fireplace, and an updated kitchen with access to front, side, and back decks (perfect for watching a majestic sunset or grooving to the sounds of the summer concert series at the Pavilion every Sunday afternoon). With spectacular intracoastal waterway and ocean views, this house is perfect for any family with a doggie family member (or 2) as it is pet friendly with payment of pet fee. The beautifully landscaped backyard includes a large green space and a charcoal grill. Also, outside is a private hot and cold shower!
Only a 5-minute walk to the beach and ten-minute drive to the nearest golf course. It is located in the heart of the island (around100 yards from all three of Holden Beach’s restaurants, ice cream shop, and convenient store, and a short walk to Bridgeview Park with playground, splash pad, and pickleball/basketball courts. Public boat ramp, kayak launch, and fishing dock are also right across the street!)

Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.
