We are centrally located and 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach or Johns pass and 30 steps to the private beach access.
5-star restaurant next door and pizza putt putt golf and local bar within walking distance.
You can take the trolley that stops right in front all the way up and down the beach till 10 pm .
Its 20 minutes from St Pete which has Dali Museum , weekend fresh outside market and tons of shops and restaurants.

Needs a deep cleaning. Nice unit. The toilet handle needs attention. It would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker, as well as a freezer with an automatic ice maker. Oh, and the 30 steps to the beach...well add 200 more steps and then you're close. However, we would also stay here again.

The property was comfortable and in a great location. The pool was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Not a few steps to the beach, it was many steps.
Pool was closed all the time we were there, Took days to circulate the new chemicals?????????????
Was told we had to be out by 10am, but on the VRBO email it said 11am. Unit and grounds were nice
