You get a nice tropical resort feel in this ground floor (no stairs or elevator!) condo. It's just a short walk to the beach, and the 5 acre low-rise resort boasts a large pool and lush gardens. This unit is one of the closest units to the heated pool, but it's around a corner, so you're as close to the pool as you can get, without the pool noise.
You also get a completely private and fenced-in back patio with a table and chairs where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink or just relax in the warm weather.
You can use the fully appointed kitchen or you can BBQ just outside. Included is internet access, plenty of TV channels and free long distance calling anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. The condo is clean and freshly renovated with granite counters, crown molding and ceramic floors. Two bedrooms, and it has comfortable new mattress beds in both bedrooms.
This unit is family friendly. It includes a pack-and-play crib and high chair - free for you to use if you need it. It's also tucked away in a quiet part of the complex away from the busy road - plus the fenced-in yard and lack of stairs to climb makes nice and safe for kids.
For this unit, your rent includes access to an on-site helpful front office. They are there to help you with any problems or questions and make your vacation as stress free as possible. Also includes free access to a local fitness center and free use of bikes.
There are excellent restaurants and family friendly entertainment options (Smuggler’s Cove Adventure Golf) within walking distance. A short drive to Clearwater Beach or John’s Pass allows you to experience the area’s most popular attractions.

Returned back to resort from previous stays. Love the resort, pool and its location. This unit fell short on only having two functioning beach chairs and terrible water pressure along with hot water. Seems like hot water is coming from far away and better use it quick before it runs out. Will return to this resort.

So much space! We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor property was also very clean. We would stay here again!

My 15 mo old son and I had a great few days here - it was easily accessible (stroller and all!), safe, clean and well maintained. Would absolutely stay again!
