About this house rental

Our Norman style house will welcome you and your family. to enjoy the hyper city center of Rouen and its history. You can access it from the train station in less than 10 minutes on foot. A private parking space is available in the immediate vicinity of the house. The house is well equipped, ideal for a family stay, professional or to come and visit the city of Rouen. You will appreciate its calm because the house overlooks a small inner courtyard and not the street. A garden is present in front of the house and you will also find a terrace at the back of the house. Inside you will find everything you need to stay there.

We loved everything about this lovely home! Thank you Sebastien and Marie-Pierre for making us so comfortable. One piece of advice for other travellers: the bedrooms are only accessible by stairs, and there is no toilet on the upper floor. This was not a problem for us at all, but might be for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, it's perfect!

Charming and spacious cottage an easy walk to all of Rouen's sights. Americans take note: there is a dryer! The bathroom situation is unconventional to US eyes but perfectly normal and workable for French sensibilities. We loved the secure parking site, the amenities, and the gracious host.
