Great community we stay at a lot. The listing was accurate and the property was clean, tidy and exactly what I would expect at sea colony.

First time to Sea Colony. Huge complex. Surprisingly quiet given the size.
Big gym and pools are across the highway. There are shuttles running or you can walk/bike.
The unit is stripped down version of the normal beach rental. There is a DVD/VHS player, but there are no movies. No scissors, board games, books, small tool kit. Nothing.
The stars of the rental are 1) the RENTAL AGENT, Diane Anderson at Long & Foster who actually answers her phone and is helpful, kind, and patient; and 2) the balcony/view.
There is no fireplace (as advertised). We didn't care but others may.
We would definitely go back.

Sea colony complex is great. Pools, tennis, beach etc. Outside property, promenade etc is very clean and well maintained. Condo was .
