About this house rental
Family-friendly cottage with private pool and garden Casas Los Pinos is a small private resort in Fuente del Gallo with five Cortijo-style holiday cottages, each with a private pool and garden. The houses are built on a beautiful, spacious property (4000 m²) amongst the old pine trees. Three of the cottages are detached, the other two are semi-detached, yet each has a private terrace, pool and garden to allow for total privacy. The pools provided with the detached houses are 7 x 3.5 m and the others are 6 x 3 m. This is the ideal resort for a tranquil family holiday and for groups of friends travelling together. Each house has a spacious living room with dining area and kitchenette. The living room has air conditioning, satellite TV (English news channels) and is decorated in a comfortable, simple style. Internet (wifi) is available at no extra costs in all houses. There are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom (a bath in the semi-detached houses and shower in the detached properties). Casa Bajamar is a detached house. Each house has a private terrace and fenced pool area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The gardens are pretty with shrubs and ornamental plants, and there is a large lawn where children can play outdoor games.
A/CA/00383 Casas Los Pinos are set in a peaceful location just outside the privileged residential area of Fuente del Gallo near Conil. There are only a few houses on spacious plots in the immediate vicinity. The white sandy beach with several good value restaurants and a beach bar in the summer is only a ten minute stroll away. Fuente del Gallo is an exclusive residential area just outside Conil with elegant properties and stunning gardens. There is a small but well-stocked supermarket as well as a restaurant with a tapa bar and a shaded garden. The town centre of Conil is just a 5-minute drive.

Im Anschluss an unsere Andalusien-Rundreise verbrachten wir eine schöne Woche in der Casa Bajamar.
Das Haus liegt idyllisch und ruhig, zusammen mit 4 anderen Häusern, auf einem großen, abgeschlossenen Grundstück mit Pinien. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da man sehr ruhig wohnt, jedoch auch schnell Conil erreicht. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Parkplätze befinden sich auf dem Grundstück.
Casa Bajamar ist ein kleines und sehr schön gelegenes Haus. Es wirkt renoviert und die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Im Bad könnte man eventuell einmal über einen Austausch der Armaturen nachdenken, da das Wasser wohl sehr kalkhaltig ist. Der Garten und der private Pool sind schön angelegt und durch die Mauer rund um das Grundstück nicht einsehbar.
In den ersten Tagen hatten wir viele Mücken im Garten, was anscheinend daher rührte, dass das Wasser im Pool nicht richtig umgewälzt wurde. Nachdem die Zeitschaltuhr richtig eingestellt war, hatten wir mit Mücken keine Probleme mehr.
Die Agentur war telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos!
Dies war unser dritter Urlaub im schönen Conil und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Wir haben 13 Tage im Mai/Juni in der Casa Los Pinos Bajamar verbracht. Das Haus, die Ausstattung incl.schnelles Internet, die ruhige Lage auf einem herrlichen Grundstück und nicht zuletzt der private Pool waren perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist kurz vor Conil, das Meer ist ca. 800-1000m entfernt, man kann am Strand entlang nach Conil laufen (sehr schöner Spaziergang),wir empfehlen jedoch ein Auto, um die tolle Umgebung und die schönen Städte erkunden zu können.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermietungsbüro war von Beginn an sehr gut, Probleme (z.B. defekter Toaster) wurden umgehend behoben! Vielen Dank noch mal für den tollen Service an das Team von Casa De La Luz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
