Good location. Responsive owner. Accommodative property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. It really had everything. The kitchen was up to date and clean. The bathrooms were both clean and stocked with towels. The bedrooms were spacious as well. We were a family of 6 that fit just fine in the space. Location was in close proximity to all of the resorts, boat launch is within walking distance, and we were able to dock our boat at one of the resorts close by. If you are looking for a nice get away with some good fishing, Lake of the Woods and this cabin are the perfect combination! Ed, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome in his cabin. Thank you Ed!

We really liked this place. There was plenty of parking for our sleds, trucks and our fish house. Nice TV, appliances all worked and were new. They have a washer and dryer which was nice to dry our wet snowmobiling stuff. House was warm and not drafty. Water pressure was good and not stinky. Just keep in mind if your renting, it has a single bunk bed above the queen beds and if your big or older you might want the younger guys to take that bunk. And if you want to sleep more people than 4 (and have each person have their own bed , the other people or person has to sleep on the couch. I was that other person, couch was comfortable and could technically sleep two people, but if I rented this place in the future i would ask for a rollaway or an air mattress. The owner was great to work with and communicated well with us, his name is ED. The place is close to Adrians, and Borderview ( a couple blocks walk). On another note, VRBO is not too quick in paying the person we rented from so there is a little delay on the VRBO side in getting our security deposit back.. It required a phone call to VRBO to get things rolling, I called the owner and has not paid him yet... That was kind of a surprise since I gave VRBO the deposit over a month ago and paid in full over two weeks before my stay. So this property is a good one, but the VRBO part is not making it easy and carefree like traveling should be. If I was to rent this place again, I might book it thru a different site to eliviate any delays on getting your security deposit back.
