Skvělé místo, výborná dostupnost do centra Varšavy.
Lehký problém nastává při příjezdu autem, protože dálkové ovládání na garáž se nachází v bytě. Před domem je zákaz zastavení, který ale nikdo nedodržuje. Parkování je jinak naprosto bezproblémové. Co se týče bytu, vše bylo v pořádku, jen matrace v posteli jsou tak měkké, že se nám zdálo, že spíme spíše na vodní posteli. Píšu to jako mínus, nicméně, pro někoho to může být spíše výhoda.

Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny,dużo zapasowej pościeli, prywatność, parking, dobry kontakt z zarządca apartamentu, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dużo miejsca do przechowywania.
Nieszczelne okna balkonowe, chłód w mieszkaniu pierwszego dnia, bardzo miękki materac w sypialni, brzydki zapach w łazience (tj. stęchlizna),i zapach papierosow w apartamencie.
