Labai gražus gyvenamasis kompleksas, nuostabus vaizdas per balkoną, rami kaimynystė. Aplink daug parduotuvių, kavinių. Erdvūs apartamentai, automobilio parkavimas-vienas didžiausių privalumų, nes įskaičiuotas į kainą.
Patekimas į apartamentus tarsi su raktu (yra dėžutė ir buvo pateikta instrukcija), tačiau pasirodo- aktyvi išmanioji kodinė spyna (iššūkis, kainavęs kone pusvalandį mūsų laiko vėlai naktį)… Keblu surasti adresą, nes važiuojant nurodytu, teks apvažiuoti visą ratą ir mėginti suprasti, kur įvažiavimas į kiemus. Butas smirdėjo, ne itin kruopščiai išvalytas, kampuose pelėsis, skilęs spintos veidrodis. Vonioje nebuvo šiukšliadėželės, virtuvėje nebuvo elementarių įrankių! Keptuvės pajuodę, pjaustymo lentelė net nepanaši į tokią. Jokių virtuvinių rankšluostukų. Be galo minkštas čiužinys miegamajame, nepatogi sofa svetainėje. Neveikė TV, bet parašius - atvyko meistras ir sutvarkė.
