lovely hotel with a gorgeous pool and friendly staff. good location to visit Colmar and places nearb

lovely large room for three, although in the roof so took a couple of days to remember where the low beams were. Breakfast was good but not included so we went to boulangerie s of a morning as did n't want such a big breakfast everyday. We had dinner once which was mostly very good, it was just one dish was 'lost in translation' and we ended up with the parts of a veal head from the unmissable menu but definitely missable! Cafe gourmand was the best . But our favourite part was the pool which despite some challenging weather was excellent, clean, modern with excellent changing facilities. loved the towel process by the pool where you can peg it up so you can re-use.

Obviously the veal head. And we had coffee facilities in our room but no milk even UHT. So when you ask for milk they charge you. Perhaps those little UHT pots would be great in the room.

The best hotel we have stayed in for a long time

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Where do I start? It felt like coming home. An exceptionally warm welcome - especially to our beloved Labrador, we felt like old friends. It’s modern, peaceful, immaculately clean, great price for the accommodation and the food. The dog was allowed everywhere with us except in the actual swimming pool (completely agree). All of the staff were friendly and bent over backwards to help us enjoy our stay. You can tell they enjoy working here and it shone through. The rooms had air conditioning, and the triple room allocated to us had the third bed in a separate room which was a pleasant surprise. Every comfort had been thought of, as well as the environment. Towels by the pool that you could hang up and label to re-use the next day, a kettle and fridge in the room, for those days when you just want to have breakfast in your pyjamas! 3 nights was not enough, I hope we can get back here one day as we have been planning a trip to this region for some years.

Lovely hotel with spotless rooms and a gorgeous garden

Lovely hotel with a gorgeous garden and a heated swimming pool with excellent facilities (it is actually better than it looks on the photos). Rooms have been recently renovated, they're quite spacious and very clean, beds are also super comfortable. We also tried the restaurant which serves delicious dishes and steaks cooked to perfection. A great hotel overall, run by people who love their job.

Short but comfortable stay

The hotel is very nice and clean, we arrived late and join the hotel dinner, with a live music, which was great. The beds in the room were VERY comfortable and we slept very well. Also, very nice and clean (new)swimming pool.

The only down side was that we had a relatively small family suite, and the shower in the room was in the bath but you couldn't stand straight and take a shower as the ceiling in the shower was very low, so you could only sit in the bath and take a shower......(room 26)

Excellent souvenir de ce passage, nous recommandons

Arrivée tardive à Bisheim 18H15 après une journée de voiture, le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient parfait (diversité, excellent, très copieux d'un prix très correct), tout le personnel d'une très grande disponibilité est très souriant et professionnel, l'établissement propose des équipements modernes et très fonctionnels, la literie est d'une excellente qualité et la chambre bien que sur la route pour celle que nous occupions était très calme.

La présence de 2 chiens aboyant au passage de nouveaux venus et accompagnant des étrangers qui parlaient très fort, a perturbé nos repas (diner et petit déjeuner), et ce malgré la qualité de l'insonorisation du restaurant et la distance entre table.

Jardín y piscina precioso.

Llegamos antes y tuvimos que esperar para recibir la habitación, hecho que entiendo. Quedamos en disfrutar de las instalaciones mientras esperábamos hasta la hora pertinente. Hubo un cambio de turno del personal y al reclamar la habitación, pasada la hora acordada, no se había gestionado nada de lo que habíamos hablado con el anterior recepcionista. Nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en la buhardilla y no podías ponerte de pie en la bañera. Solo podías ducharte estirado…
