The location was excellent. The room was spotless and the bathroom very modern and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff friendly and helpful. The AC worked well.
The room was small and the bed quite hard. The price for two nights was more expensive than we usually pay for a similar room, though Thiruvalla is an expensive town.

The property and surroundings were good and service was also good. Rooms were spacious and neat and tidy.
Breakfast could have been a bit better otherwise all good.
