Location is superb. And the architecture and ambience is amazing. Interior and exterior decor is also good.
Onsite staff was just ok and food was not upto the mark. It is like homely food but unfortunately taste was not good.
They charged too much money for food but quality and quantity was poor.
Still strongly recommended for a family but try alternate food options

This is best place I stayed in Nedumudy Alleppey.
Place is exactly as it is named soothing backwater feel and heritage villa. Food was great.
