There was no breakfast included for the price..rooms were best,tidy.. amenities were good..wifi,tv all good
Mosquito issue..balcony was open..no mosquito preventing method was there..lots of mosquitos entered the room..it was fun catching mosquitos all night

The homestay is super close to the beach and lots of cafes / restaurants which was perfect for me. Room was very comfortable and quiet - I had the best nights sleep whilst here. The bus station / city itself a short taxi or longer walk away. They also arrange boat trips in backwaters - the one I took was excellent. The host was great, even helping with onward travel.

The location is really great, and the host was helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. Each bed has its own light and power which is helpful. This would be a good room for a group to stay in, although the bathroom is small.
When I booked I thought we had booked the entire apartment, only to arrive to be assigned the bunk room only. The owner subsequently updated his ad which fixed the issue, but being stuck in a bunk room wasn't my dream holiday. The beds were super hard and I could hardly walk in the morning.
