Very spacious and well designed

Accommodation fantastic, good location, we knew immediately on arrival that this place was going to make a difference to our holiday. Immaculate, spacious, modern but very homely - there is a separate reading room which I loved to sit in on an evening and read my book and a good sized passage to put all your coats/shoes etc/ cases in to keep things  separate from the main home.   We slept like a log each night in the comfortable king sized bed too. On arrival we were greeted with cream scones, milk, wine and dog treats which made it even nicer, but careful consideration had been made as to what you may need during your stay to make it as comfortable as possible.  There is a lovely private little courtyard to sit in and catch the rays in the morning with a cuppa.  We found it a great base to stay in (yes it is hilly around about but that's Torquay and we prepared ourselves for that). We were lucky enough to have a car to travel in but you could easily have a ten-fifteen minute stroll down the shops and sea front and get a taxi or bus back (considering how reasonably priced this is you'd still save money compared to the others ).  Great off road parking, free and felt secure. We met the lovely owners during our stay and both were very keen to make sure we were happy and it was no problem at all  to contact them should we need any help/information about anything. Honestly, we can't fault it. Thank you.
