Location, one staff was exceptional compared to the others, v clean, overall was comfortable.

One staff sounded defensive when enquiring about late check out. Please, that’s not the way to talk to your customers, be friendly and courteous and it’s just an enquiry.

The good customer service at the reception. Very helpful and polite.

The shoe-box size room. Bed was too short. Aircon blast hard to control and noisy. No windows.
