Bank Holiday break away.

Overall we had a fantastic stay. Very Close to village of sneem. Staff in hotel very friendly too.

Perhaps better cooking utensils. More cutlery would have been nice as not having to keep washing mugs/cups.

I requested a ground floor apartment for mobility for older guests. I found the customer service was excellent. Beautiful spacious apartment, lovely and warm. I loved the seaweed bath also.

Perfect location for travelling the Ring of Kerry 💞

The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning! Lovely walk around a cove and shops, bars and restaurants only a short drive or walk! 2 bedrooms with ample space. TV in the second bedroom which was a pleasant surprise. So many places to visit from this location such as Sneem and the Sneem seaweed baths, Kenmare, Killarney, Dingle, Tralee and we also visited the maritime museum in Limerick! Amazing short break.

Beautiful Hotel and apartments.

The apartment was spacious , beautiful view from the balcony . Next to the hotel for easy access for facilities. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Towels lovely and soft .

The smell that remained from the carpet cleaner . The smoke alarm was very easily triggered but there was advice on how to easily turn it off.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they could not have been more helpful. We loved meeting Red, the dog! Our apartment was clean, spacious, with amazing views. It had everything we needed.

First time staying in an Apartment, can’t wait to stay again.

I was able to collect the keys from reception from a very nice welcoming lady. She was able to answer all my questions about the bedroom configuration and when I explained it was advertised wrong, she was willing to change our apartment but we were happy with it so she immediately had a roll in bed sent over to us. I have no complaints they did everything to make our stay good and comfortable. We have stayed a few times in the hotel and loved it also.

The apartment was advertised as having a double and a single bed in both bedrooms but there was only a double in one and two singles in the other.

Lovely apartments. Clean, roomy, very central and hotel is next door so very convenient. Good value for money.

We were checked in by a lovely young guy at reception (Saturday - 4pm approx.). He was helpful and efficient. We asked to book tickets for a show that was on in the hotel that night. However just as we were paying for the tickets a female receptionist started giving out to him in front of everybody at reception about how he was taking our details for the show. She was really rude and nasty to him. Totally unnecessary and very unprofessional.

Beautiful view from balcony. Enjoyed seaweed baths on the shore. Did not use the hotel while we stayed in the adjacent apartments. Really good value and based in thr village of Sneem.

Fridge and kitchen could have been cleaned. Stain on side of my bed . Thought carpet not the right choice of flooring for multiple users for hygiene. Fab food in hotel ! Wonderful staff !! Really enjoyed our stay and certainly would recommend!

The apartment was lovely and spacious with amazing views. Such a beautiful place. Beds really comfy and large and reception staff were so pleasant and very helpful. We loved it there and will definitely return. An amazing find and a beautiful village/town

Just want to point out a few things they maybe able to attend too. The communal bathroom shower head support was broken and the ensuite kept filling up in the base, problem with the drainage. We ate in the bar the 1st night and the salmon was cooked to perfection, compliments to the chef. Unfortunately the staff gave a very poor service. There barely greeted guests and paid no attention to them. You nearly had to jump up and down to get attention. Due to this, we ate elsewhere for the rest of stay.

El servicio en recepcion. Antes de llegar tuvimos problemas cob la confirmacion de la reserva y de hecho nos ofrecieron un apartamento por 390 euros en mismas condiciones…. Tuve que insistir en que tenia una reserva cob booking
