Loved the property!

The managers of the property were not contactable after my stay when trying to make contact to have an expensive pillow returned that I left behind accidentally.

Loved the view. Kitchen was lovely, clean & full of all modern appliances and everything you need. Basic supplies were generous although not enough toilet rolls for 5 guests for 4 nights. Loved the couch seating & had enough to cater for all house guests to be comfortable.

So disappointed the pool table was not able to be used. No balls or equipment. This was a draw card for social entertainment so felt a bit cheated. Down stairs smelt Damp and mouldy. Obviously has been flooded. Down stairs bathroom in poor condition.

The views across the bay are spectacular. The house is bery spacious and kitchen is well equipped

The lack of heating. We stayed in winter time and found that the one aircon in the living room in not enough to heat the whole house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were freezing. The bins were overflowing. Obviously not checked by whoever cleaned the house.

Beautiful outlook, really big living space and bedrooms. Rooms were comfortable with great linen. Great location to base yourself for bay of fires and to explore local area.

The property was left very dirty from previous tenants (oven trays greasy, coffee machine dirty, fridge and freezer full of crumbs, empty shampoo bottles in showers, random cups around the house). I believe the owners were staying there before us as heaps of random things were left and not put away properly …. It was disappointing for the price and it made us feel uncomfortable like we were staying in another persons house (not a holiday home). They did offer to come and clean it while we were there which was nice - looks like cleanliness isn’t an issue for others staying.
