The house was ice cold, when we arrived. Especially the bedrooms. It took us a while to get comfortable. It is winter, the house could be preheated. The tv reception, ABC , was substandard.

Very neat and clean and lots of personal touches. Only a few minutes drive into St Helen's town centre.
The house is a few streets back from bay so view was not as good as expected.
