A wonderful stay in a clean, comfortable apartment with an outstanding host.

Jean-Marc, who welcomed us, was exceptionally kind, polite, and attentive. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, beautifully arranged, and exactly as described. Everything contributed to a truly pleasant and restful stay.

Great location, great apartment, great host!

Great location for exploring this beautiful part of France and Alencon itself is very interesting, steep in history. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and the host, Jean-marc was excellent. Kept in touch before the day I arrived with clear instructions and met me on the day to show me where the secure parking was, give me the key and explain everything in the apartment. There is everything you need for a stay, long or short and there were some items for you to use, like tea bags, coffee etc. and some drinks in the fridge. Highly recommend.

Spotless clean and has everything you need and more for your stay. Excellent for families with small children. Apartment is well layed out and very comfortable. Jean-Marc is a great host - super friendly, informative and communicates well from the point of booking. Excellent option for breaking up a long road trip

Jean-Marc was incredibly attentive and has clearly thought of everything that could make guests comfortable (even right down to some English children’s books perfectly suited to our kids’ ages 😍). What a lovely, comfortable perfectly located stopover, making a long journey with small kids a breeze. Thank you Jean-Marc! 🙏

Wonderful stay!

The apartment is easy to find. Parking is excellent for motorcycle secure and safe. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and has everything one needs. It's an easy walk to Alencon town centre but there is also a great bakery locally and plenty of food options. However the best thing is the host. Owing to my own stupidity I'd got my phone soaked and hence ongoing plans were in jeopardy. Jean-marc spent two hours of his time in the morning driving me all over town to get my phone fixed. His kindness was truly wonderful. It saved my holiday. Thank you Jean-marc!!

Best treatment ever after full of suprises trip!

Jean Marc is the essence of hospitality. He welcomed us personally, despite arriving very late in the evening. Perfectly maintained apartment, with courtesy drinks and convenient to reach Le Mans circuit (40 mins by car) Walking distance from Alencon city centre and supermarkets.

Excellent value for money and a great host.

I phoned host and he met us. He showed us the secure parking and helped my husband take the bikes off the car. A booklet about the area had an english section.

We only stayed two nights. If we had known how convenient and pleasant it was we might have booked longer. We were stopping off on our way to main holiday. We expected cheap and cheerful (you get what you pay for) yet it was well furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed.

Fabulous 👌

Jean-Marc supplied everything you could possibly need, water bottles, orange juice, biscuits, coffee, tea etc etc. All bath towels, bed linen. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. It was faultless, and Jean-Marc was extremely helpful. 😀

Prachtig appartement! Wij waren hier op doorreis maar je zou er gerust langer kunnen blijven. Ontvangst door Jean-Marc is erg leuk. Handdoeken, Koffie, thee en frisdrank zit er allemaal bij. Al met al erg leuke ervaring.

De weg langs het appartement kan nogal druk zijn.

Een perfecte plek om met je gezin te verblijven

Wat een fantastische gastheer is Jean-Marc! We waren met ons gezin op doorreis en hebben een nacht in zijn appartement overnacht. Het appartement is lekker ruim (3 slaapkamers) en is van alle gemakkelijk voorzien. In de keuken is alles wat je zoekt aanwezig (kruiden, olie, koffie, thee, flesjes water - echt top!). Jean-Marc had zelfs een parkeerplek voor onze auto met dakkoffer vrijgehouden. We raden een verblijf hier zeer aan!

O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo e muito bem equipado. A decoração é acolhedora e funcional, e sentimos-nos em casa desde o primeiro momento. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a tudo. Destaco ainda a simpatia e disponibilidade do anfitrião, Jean-Marc, que nos recebeu com grande cordialidade e atenção.

Não houve absolutamente nada de que não gostássemos. Foi uma estadia perfeita.
