We didn't receive the check in details from the owners agent and our messages were not responded to until we were at the gate of the property. It was the same for the checkout information we were on the plane home before they responded. We just left the keys in the apartment and 🤞

Sehr gute Lage, wundervoller Blick auf Meer und Strand. Apartment hell, geräumig und ruhig. Alle nötigen Geschäfte in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Nettes Strand-Restaurant nebenan.

Die richtige Eingangstür zum Apartment könnte mit einer Nummer gekennzeichnet sein. Bad könnte mal ein bisschen modernisiert werden.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einwandfreiem Apartment

Eine sehe schöne Wohnung, die genau den Bildern entspricht. Wir hatten etwas Sorge hinsichtlich der Platzierung des Bettes am Fenster, aber dort ist noch ein bisschen Platz, so dass die zweite Person auch an der Fensterseite aus dem Bett steigen kann. Das Bett selbst ist auch sehr bequem. Für Spanien nicht selbstverständlich. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist wie versprochen, sehr toll! Es fehlt natürlich dafür der Balkon an der Wohnung. In unserem Fall war das aber nicht schlimm, wir hatten nicht so tolles Wetter. Außerdem ist man gleich unten am Strand, wenn man will. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön, wir haben es auch sehr ruhig gehabt, keine lärmenden Nachbarn o.ä. Bei unserem schlechten Wetter war es ein Segen, dass wir in der Wohnung von Netflix und Amazon auf dem TV überrascht wurden. Haben wir gern genutzt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt auf der anderen Seite der Autobahn (die man nicht hört). Einmal über die Fußgängerbrücke und schon hat man Zugang zu zwei Supermärkten. Parken kann man auf dem grundstückseigenen Parkplatz, zu dem man eine Fernbedienung für das Tor zusammen mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel erhält. Sehr praktisch und auch notwendig, da sonst eigentlich keine Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden.

Der Ausblick ist zwar fantastisch, aber durch die spanischen Fenster ist das Meer doch extrem laut. Das kann auch toll sein, je nachdem, wie man das mag. Aber da wir eher maues Wetter hatten, war schon extremer Wellengang mit entsprechender Lautstärke. Wir haben aber eh immer Ohrstöpsel dabei, die wir genutzt haben. Dann war es ok. Das Badezimmer könnte ein Update gebrauchen, ist das einzige, was vielleicht nicht soooo toll ist bei der Wohnung. Man muss zB. den Duschkopf festhalten beim Duschen und ein Duschvorhang ist auch nicht so unseres. Aber kein Problem an sich. Es gibt keinen Ofen, das muss man bedenken. Dafür Mikrowelle und einen Flachtoaster. Nicht gefunden haben wir auch eine Teekanne. Da haben wir uns mit einer Minikaraffe und einem Topf beholfen. Ebenfalls fehlt ein großes Brotmesser und wir konnten kein Geschirrhandtuch fürs Abwaschen finden. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. War nicht so schlimm und könnte auch schnell behoben werden.

La persiana no funcionaba ( limtaba las vistas del esterior ) , y la television solo se podian ver 5 canales. Solo nos dejaron un rollo de water empezado. el acceso con silla de ruedas hay que hacerlo desde el exterior del parking, con lo que significa que hay que dejar el vehiculo en la calle, ademas de tener un escalon insalvable en el portal
