Centrally located and fully equipped apartment in the area of Malaga

Terras area and fully equipped with many things such as in every room air conditioner.

The cable of the flat iron was a bit damaged which made it a bit difficult to handle.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

Kalin, the host was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the flat and the surrounding area. The location was very near to the beach and several bars and restaurants and a five minute walk to the bus stop at Playa Leila. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed plus extras such as wine and fruit. The shower was also very good,

1) La ubicación era excelente, a menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa 2) El trato del anfitrión, Kalin, fue excepcional. Nos explicó todo con detalle y estuvo atento a cualquier duda que nos pudiera surgir 3) El apartamento estaba súper bien equipado. Tenía de todo, incluso más cosas que las que hay habitualmente en otros apartamentos. Todo estaba impecable cuando llegamos. Muy limpio y en las condiciones en las que me gusta vivir en mi propia casa

1) La piscina estaba muy bien, pero el ambiente era mejorable. Había vecinos demasiado curiosos que te identificaban como un no propietario y, por tanto, como un extraño en la urbanización 2) En la terraza cubierta se oía el ruido de los coches de la carretera. No era algo insoportable, pero al haber un pinar lo esperaba menos ruidoso 3) A mi juicio, la relación calidad-precio podría mejorar

Apartamento rodeado de pinares. Cerca de la playa a 10’ andando y cerca en coche de Marbella y fuengirola. El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado y limpio bastante espacioso y con una terraza estupenda para desconectar. El dueño Kalin es muy amable.
