CallMe Crema - Struttura in centro storico

The staff were lovely and very helpful, check in was smooth and we had access to all the facilities we could’ve possibly needed. The room was clean and tidy, and the AC was excellent during the hot weather. We hope to come back to stay soon!

You cannot beat the location! Serene house and garden in the heart of Crema's historic centre, you can walk everywhere and whilst there is no parking with the property the public parking was nearby and really easy.

Checkin was more or less all via the phone in the end as they finish at 5, not 8 as mentioned on their info. The person was helpful and friendly, but it was not entirely clear how to get to the hotel (inaccessible via car as such, park around corner and walk - so a small bag is helpful). We worked it all out eventually with help of some friendly local persons and we even managed to retrieve the key that was waiting for us inside the property at the checkin desk (the person had sent me the code, but not via text). We were not the only ones struggling with this btw and were able to help another family, who also "didn't get it". Our rooms were fabulous, clean, cool and just perfect. The hotel is in the historic centre of Crema - so you can walk everywhere and that is fantastic!!!!!! The staff were totally invisible and so if you are expecting help/service/advice about restaurants etc. you will not find that here. We never even met a member of staff in person. So apart from the lack of any service we would definitely come back here - now that we know what we are doing.

Lovely accommodation, very clean and staff were very helpful for checking in. Location is excellent for exploring Crema and for getting trains to other destinations.

Beds could be more comfortable

Location, courtyard, candy at reception staff was friendly and i was able to check in way earlier than i was supposed to !

walls were dirty, very poorly insulated i could here the next room snoring. tea kettle was unplugged and there were no outlets to plug into without having to move the mini fridge.
