This is an exceptionally lovely little villa in a beautiful and peaceful location. Tastefully decorated throughout with a very relaxing lounge area and comfortable beds. Outside there is an immaculate garden with roses and sunflowers surrounding a beautiful new pool with high-quality loungers and parasols. There is also a very pleasant outside eating area, where we ate our breakfast. The property is also very close to Scala- just a 10 minute walk. Very convenient for the gorgeous beach and all the restaurants and shops. For us, however, perhaps the most impressive thing about our stay was the incredible support of our hosts. Through Booking.com messages and via WhatsApp, Niovi was really helpful about the details of our arrival and organising our taxi transfer. Not only this, at the very start of our holiday, there was a wild fire nearby and Niovi and the staff did all they could to reassure us with regular updates and advice, plus bringing us a huge supply of bottled water. A really big thank you to them all. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves.

Clean, comfortable, relaxing and everything is to a high standard.

The only consideration for some would be the location. It is still centrally situated to Skala but the access is via the main road out of Skala and if on foot there are times when you have to negotiate the road without a path. Clearly, no issues if in a vehicle but at night, if elderly or infirm under foot then bear that in mind.

Casa este noua, dotata cu toate cele necesare. Curtea suficient de spatioasa pentru jocul copiilor, gazon moale, gratar. Proprietarul este un om exceptional, foarte receptiv si omanos Multumim pentru ospitalitate !
