Clean, comfortable, relaxing and everything is to a high standard.
The only consideration for some would be the location. It is still centrally situated to Skala but the access is via the main road out of Skala and if on foot there are times when you have to negotiate the road without a path. Clearly, no issues if in a vehicle but at night, if elderly or infirm under foot then bear that in mind.

Casa este noua, dotata cu toate cele necesare. Curtea suficient de spatioasa pentru jocul copiilor, gazon moale, gratar. Proprietarul este un om exceptional, foarte receptiv si omanos

The property was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need. The garden was well kept and even had a lemon tree. It was a 15 minute walk to town which was great. We cannot fault the attention to detail, the sheets a towels were changed regularly and there was a lovely outside shaded area.
There was nothing not to like about the property.
