Perfect location,good size.
No toaster and microwave.
Resident’s dog below us had dogs barking all the time.
Very noisy from adjoining apartments,noise carries easily.
The neighbour’s awning kept us awake due to it not being locked in high winds.
Stone staircase could be difficult to those who have trouble sleeping walking.

We have just returned from a week at Kate-Mari and can not wait to go back. The property is very central in Skala, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street.
It had everything we needed, every detail had been considered to make it a real home from home. Simplistic elements like; washing baskets, clothes dryer, tin foil to wrap sandwiches, citronella candles for outside, games and books. The owners have thought of everything!
Our apartment was cleaned every other day, along with towels and sheets.
I really can’t recommend this property highly enough. It’s absolutely perfect!
There wasn’t anything I disliked.
