J'ai bien aimé le quartier calme et authentique dans lequel se situe la Villa. Le propriétaire a été fort sympathique, il m'a invité à boire le café avec lui le matin. De plus il s'est très disponible. Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, il est de taille moyenne, les équipements de cuisine m'ont permis de cuisiner quelques bases de légumes. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à une cuisine traditionnelle, celle ci est rudimentaire avec un support pour poser les ingrédients non fixé.
J'ai un peu moins apprécié le climatiseur qui ne fonctionnait pas. Enfin il fonctionnait, mais il n'a aucune puissance, à croire qu'il est en fin de vie. Du reste le plancher de cuisine est mobile ce qui fait que la cuisine est pas tout à fait fini, si l'on de base sur une cuisine standard, j'ai trouvé un peu dommage.
