Lina and Babis' Cycladic Home - Adamas

Great location- walking distance into port town. Extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. Comfortable and peaceful.

We absolutely loved this property and the host, Lina. She was the sweetest, nicest person. The house was in a great location and perfect for our family of 4, it even had onsite parking. We were able to store our bags at the house as we arrived early to the island and Lina even provided beach towels and chairs for us. We highly recommend staying here.

Nothing, all was perfect.

Location was good but a bit difficult walking down the main roads to the sea front but that seems to be Greece in general as not many walkways. Close to the beach and only 10 minute walk into the main port. 2 good size bedrooms which were lovely and clean. The host was lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Few little things need a bit updating. The dressers cabinet was tilting off the wall and the bathroom handle kept coming loose. We weren’t planning to cook but the kitchen area is basic.

The room was clean and as described. However I feel there is a lack of service for this price level, we paid around 173 euros a night. With lack of service I mean a daily clean, make up the beds and remove trash. We stayed 3 nights and not one time there was a visit from housekeeping. In a budget accommodation that’s acceptable but not for this price level. On that note, I expected also an option to eat breakfast and in general offer the possibility to buy food, which wasn’t possible. Also the air conditioner is only cooling the kitchen area and not the sleeping room, the area where air conditioning is most needed. There is also not really an option to sit comfortably in the apartment. So all in all, I cannot help feeling disappointed in the total product that was offered.
