Niki's Home

The house has 3 floors and an outdoor area which was great for the 4 of us. On the ground floor there’s the kitchen, living room and a bathroom; the first floor has a bathroom and bedroom; and the second floor had a bedroom and another small living room. We enjoyed having a lot of space and two bedrooms, the outdoor area was great as well, there was also a washing machine and coffee machine with capsules. Overall, we would recommend!

The bathroom doors had the door knob not completely screwed to the door, so we had to close and open it carefully. The shower was very small and we had a hard time showering there, not only due to the size but also the shower itself and the faucet were loosely screwed on; it looked like they were going to fall apart at any moment.

Niki's Home is about a 10 minute walk from the port, so far enough away for quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops. The bus stop is very close. Niki's cousin manages the property and lives next door. He was super friendly and responded to our requests promptly. The kitchen was very clean and well set out and there are two bathrooms.There is also a washing machine and clothes airer outside. Beach towels are provided.

Poor instructions in how to find the accommodation. There is no identifying name on the front and it's up a driveway behind other properties. Be aware that this is a property on three levels and the stairs to the top room with sofa bed and a bedroom are not to code. The rises are very high and only a railing on part. If you want to use the couch as a bed you must ask ahead of time. They don't leave extra linen for it unless you ask ahead. The bathroom doors were difficult to close. Lots of cats that stroll into the house and even jump up onto the bench. Cute but be careful of your food. Also be mindful of lots of ants around the outdoor seating, some of them very big😬.

Location was perfect: nice beach across the road and easy walk to restaurants and shops. Cute house and lovely courtyard.
