Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι, για μια οικογένεια με πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι πολύ φιλική, εξυπηρετική και φιλόξενη.
Το σπίτι είναι κάπως παλιό και χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Το πάρκιν ενώ είναι εύκολο, είναι σε ένα στενό δρόμο που όταν σταματάς τον κλείνεις εντελώς . Έτσι μπορεί να εμποδίσεις την διέλευση κάποιου αν σταθμεύσεις με αυτόν τον τρόπο ή είναι δυνατό άλλοι κάτοικοι της περιοχής να σταματήσουν μέσα στην μέση του δρόμου και να εμποδίσουν τη διέλευση σου (το οποίο και μας συνέβη)
