Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται μέσα σε έναν πορτοκαλεώνα, λίγο έξω από το Λεωνίδιο, είναι ολοκαίνουργιο, καλόγουστο, μεγάλο και άνετο, με όλες τις αναγκαίες παροχές για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Θετική εντύπωση μας έκανε ότι διατίθενται στους επισκέπτες προϊόντα που συνήθως δεν υπάρχουν στα περισσότερα καταλύματα (π.χ. μωρομάντηλα στο μπάνιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα κλπ). Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι κάτι παραπάνω απο φιλόξενοι, πολύ φιλικοί και ανταποκρίνονται άμεσα σε κάθε αίτημα.
Το κατάλυμα είναι ημιυπόγειο, πράγμα το οποίο πιστεύω ότι θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται, παρά το γεγονός ότι δεν μας προβλημάτισε καθόλου, αφού ήταν αρκετά φωτεινό. Για καλοκαιρινή διαμονή πιστεύω ότι θα πρέπει να τοποθετηθούν κλιματιστικά.
