the room was spacious and there were many facilities on the grounds including a spa, pool and gym which were really useful!

The woman that worked there was not accommodating and made us feel really uncomfortable. we arrived early and sat on some chairs by the pool with our cases and all she did was quiz us on who let us through the gate and made us leave to go and get the key even though i explained 3 times that we couldn’t check in until 2. I then had another encounter with her a few days later whereby i arrived at the gym 30 minutes before it opened due to having to check out at 10am and again she was extremely rude and condescending. She has no customer service skills.

Problems getting ceramic cooktop to turn on, needs a dishwasher

the location of the place was amazing, across from sky point! walk to the beach! had two pools and two spas

we did not like the fact that when we got there, the room was dirty. muddy foot prints across the floor, hairball in the shower, and dust. the place was cleaned extremely poorly. another massive factor was while we were sleeping, the bed collapsed under us. the bed has flimsy slats that need to be changed as you can see that they are not holding the wood
