We were glad the facility is in a very convenient location. The spaciousness of the rooms, along with the pool and spa, allowed our family to spend a comfortable time there.
I hadn't received the email about how to pick up the keys until 15 minutes before arriving, so I thought it would have been helpful to know the details a little earlier so I wouldn't have had to repeatedly ask the office staff for clarification. Also, when I entered the room, the fire alarm was going off, so my husband changed the batteries. In addition, there was leftover food in the dishwasher, and two broken hangers were left on the shelf in the bedroom closet.

The house was spacious and nice. My kids loved the pool and the gym. It was stocked with all the amenities.
The shower was dirty, the shower blinds were moldy, we had wash it ourselves. The bedroom 1 looked like someone just left the bed and curtain was broken hanging on the bed. The pillows were stinking with no pillow case. The doona had no cover. The towels were dirty. It was a nice place but it lacked cleaning.
