Pietro was very kind and welcoming. We were spoiled with fruit and vegetables from his land, and he made us feel at home right away. The surroundings were breathtaking. The outdoor pool was lovely and the facilities underground were amazing. We were provided with wine and water upon arrival, along with fresh towels on the bed. Air conditioning was lovely.
Some of the facilities were a little tired. Could have been cleaner overall. The kitchen utensils/cutlery were dirty and needed to be washed before use. The downstairs toilet appeared to not have been cleaned at all (stains in toilet/shower floor dirty) but we didn’t use it. The upstairs bathroom was quite small and the shower curtain didn’t do much.
