Loved the quiet ambience and staff welcoming us with a nice card and petals all over the bed upon my request at no extra charge. Loved the communication with Nada, always available and genuinely friendly.
Shared ktchen amenities were not clean and suitable for cooking. Bad smell coming from bathroom shower spot.

What we like is:
1) the location is pretty calm
2) everything is well maintained
3) the staff is very helpful and so kind
4) the pool is clean
5) when they cleaned our room it was very tidy and very detailed
6) overall is a good value of price
1) the road to go to the villa is pretty rough and not really comfortable to drive. We suggest making it more comfortable to drive if it's possible
2) sometimes the water heater is not stable sometimes it cant be hot, other times it is too hot. We really suggest that you pay attention to that issue
3) we got a low bed before, and it's pretty squeaky and makes sounds. So maybe you can accelerate the quality of the mattress
4) the room does not really sound proof overall
