Mary's Bright Apartment · Corfu Old Town

The location was amazing alongside the host of the apartment who provided responses very quickly if anything came about. The location was central yet not overly touristy which was great. As well, we were a 5 minute walk from a beach which was amazing! As well, there is a grocery shop right by the apartment as well as amazing restaurants right outside the door. Overall the whole experience with the apartment has been incredible. There is nothing to complain about this apartment or the host everything was perfect 😋

Lovely apartment in Corfu town close to all the major tourist attractions, shops and good restaurants. Well equipped kitchen, nice balcony. Good shower and comfortable bed on the mezzanine. Very responsive host and free parking along Port Road close to the apartment.

Apartment is in a nice area, gets a bit rowdy(noisy) at night and during the weekend, but it didn't bother me also theres good sound proofing. Has a nice large balcony with umbrella and a decent size table with 3 chairs, from where you can see the busy tavern streets. Kitchen is entirely stacked at least from my point of view, a light traveller, big fridge. Living area is nice and comfy, few chairs, table, a sofa. Communication with host was good. Overall i liked it but..

There is a big flight of stairs til you get to the apartment( and that one is fine, has a solid rail although pretty steep), when you get to the apartment you get in lock the door and climb more steep stairs to get to the living-kitchen area, the bedroom is up one more flight of stairs, and that one scared me the most because the rail was wobbly. The guard rail in the upstairs thats supposed to keep you from falling over is not very solid, its small and doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence. I had a bit of trouble navigating those areas both room wise and height and i for sure would not bring someone older like my mother to this accomodation. I've had a bit of trouble with the bathroom as well in the sense of when i showered it flooded the small bathroom, i get it, its an old building, they all are, old drainage, bad system but its annoying and a hassle to deal with when i'm supoosed to enjoying myself on vacation; also the water tap didn't have its filter on so if the tap isn't turned all the way up water flow goes back towards the tap and on the sink, another annoying little detail. I get that things take money and time and that some things cannot be changed but for the things that can like safety (solid rail and guard rail on the upstairs) and a bit more care can make this place good value for money.

Está en el corazón de Kerkyra, zona animada de día y de noche tranquila. Cerca del puerto, perfecto si haces alguna excursión en barco. Es cómodo, limpio y tiene mucha luz. Utensilios de cocina y limpieza perfectos.Tiene una terraza que hace que te relajes. Hay aparcamiento gratuito cerca y buena conexión para desplazarte fuera de la ciudad. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona.Instrucciones claras y buenas recomendaciones de la zona.

Esto sería una recomendación personal, las escaleras estarían mejor con un pasamanos por la parte externa (la contraria a la pared). Por lo demás, me pareció perfecto.
