Nice place to stay. Somewhat out of the city, but with good connection with trams every 5 to 15mins. Neighborhood is ok, quiet, but with a few shops, restaurants and facilities sprinkled around.
Some printed/laminated explanations about the property, transportation, neighborhood and city in English would definitely be a good improvement. I can find my way, but it can make a persons stay a lot more comfortable if you have something to fall back on.

Gradevolissimo appartamento, pulito e ben curato nei dettagli. Il riscaldamento rende l'ambiente caldo e confortevole nel periodo invernale. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario e la doccia è comoda e spaziosa.
Un kit, anche basico, per la colazione sarebbe cosa più che gradita. Un paio di cialde per il caffè e una bottiglietta d'acqua avrebbero fatto la differenza per una recensione a pieni voti.
