Excelente localização. O anfitrião Paulo é ótimo, simpático e prestativo, sempre disponível. Quarto confortável com ar e apartamento limpo, com todos os utensílios necessários.
Só o banheiro poderia ter uma organização e espaço melhores, mas nada que comprometa a experiência.

L'emplacement. Leblon est un quartier sécurisé. Le métro est à quelques minutes. Supermarché à 2mn. Relativement calme.
Je ne comprends pas qu'on puisse mettre des 9 ou 10 à ce logement. On ne cherche pas un 5 étoiles (pour anticiper la réponse du propriétaire) mais du correct. Eau froide (la 1ere fois en 1 mois de voyage au Brésil), pas de table, 1 chaise, vaisselle sale (photo), canapé prêt à s'effondrer. Et summum, les WC dans la douche (photo). Ça, je n'avais encore jamais eu. Une première. Bref, à éviter
