Lindo Loft próximo a praia!

A localização é excelente, ao redor tem de tudo (supermercados, salao de beleza, lojas, shopping, bares e restaurantes) e muito mais.... O LOFT tem tudo que precisamos, os moveis são novos e a cama é confortável.

The apartment is in a great location — safe, full of good restaurants and cafés, and just a short walk to the subway. It’s been recently renovated and decorated with very good taste, which makes a great first impression.

Unfortunately, the stay was far from relaxing. There was constant, very loud construction noise from nearby apartments starting early in the morning. This seems to be a recurring issue throughout the building, as I later found other reviews mentioning the same problem. None of this was disclosed in the listing, which feels quite misleading. The building itself, although safe, is huge — 45 apartments per floor, so it feels almost like a hotel. The corridors are often busy and noisy, with people talking loudly, especially if your apartment is close to the elevators. Overall, the location and design are the main positives, but the noise, lack of transparency, and hotel-like atmosphere make it hard to recommend this place if you’re looking for peace and quiet.
