The city itself is quite small, and the apartment is located on the “edge” of the city center, in a good area with great transport — and even walking — accessibility. We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to check in before 14:00, which we really appreciated, thank you!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the recent reviews. It might be worth reconsidering the cleaning arrangements — the cleaning is done by very kind elderly ladies (I met them when checking out), but perhaps they don’t receive clear enough instructions. Many things in the apartment are showing their age: the shower floor is noticeably yellow and could use a deep clean; there were personal items left from previous guests under the sink, along with some hair. It wasn’t clear whether the large bottles of shower gel were left by previous guests or meant for use. The soap/shower gel dispenser in the shower is broken and doesn’t look great, and the metal holders inside are rusty. The mirror also seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned recently. When we arrived, the hand soap dispenser was almost empty — I managed to find a refill pack under the sink and top it up, but it seemed to be the last one available. The bathroom fan is very loud — I’m not sure if that’s just how it works or if it’s full of dust, as it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. From time to time, there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom — I don’t know whether it’s a building plumbing issue or if the shower drain and pipes simply need proper cleaning. I also agree with previous comments about the bed sheets — they don’t fit the beds properly and have to be adjusted every day. It would be great to replace them with fitted sheets. Unfortunately, we also found a few small hairs on the duvet cover, which wasn’t pleasant. The kitchen was equipped enough for a short stay, but I also noticed the old stains on the chairs that others have mentioned. Before anyone says we could have just reported this and it would have been fixed — these weren’t deal-breakers for a three-day stay, and it was perfectly livable. However, since several guests have mentioned similar issues, I think these are more systemic things that should be addressed more thoroughly.

Very big and comfortable apartment, everything was new and modern.

The cleanliness could be improved — there was a lot of hair on the sheets and duvets, and noticeable dust on the furniture. Also, there was no coffee machine available, and the location is not very central.
