Pros: Good location: The 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor, on the same level as the playground. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Sleeping arrangements: The main bedroom was nicely furbished, large and comfortable. Privacy: It offers a fair amount of privacy for travelers, considering its location. Parking: Nearby there is a free public parking and we got a parking spot with no prior reservation every time we needed it.

Cons: Dirty bedding: While the bed was comfortable, the duvet and the extra pillows were covered in multiple stains from previous uses. Poor cleanliness: The overall cleaning was neglected. We found dust, cobwebs, stained curtains, and yellowed towels. There were also visible stains on the kitchen and bathroom floors, as well as inside the fridge. Bathroom flaws: The shower cabin is small and completely lacks a shelf or holder for shower toiletries. Safety hazards: Several electrical outlets in the bathroom and throughout the apartment are loose and pull out of the wall, which is unsafe.

Розташування !!! дуже зручне. Трансортна розвязка, поруч зупинки транспорту по різним направленням. Магазини та кафе також рядом

Поверх, на якому розташоване приміщення. Тобто, з вікна не видно город, вулицю, крім тераси з дитячим майданчиком та витяжки. Вікна не захищені від стороннього втручання. Я вважаю за це треба робити знижку на суму оплати.
