The layout of the house was good as it allowed privacy for 2 families if needed. Adequate bathrooms. Beautiful garden and deck area to sit around and chill. very private too. Clean property. We were very comfortable, was perfect for us 8 ladies spending a weekend getaway in Portsea, celebrating a 60th birthday.
The stairs in and out of the house can be an accessibility issue, but we managed to work with it for our short stay. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to maximize the lovely decking and outdoor BBQ facilities, which we would liked to have done.
