Urban Apartment Kastoria

The location is very convenient inside the city. The apartment does not have a parking but we did not find it difficult to find one on the street at the time we went. Host provided vey detailed directions on how to find the place. The apartment seems recently renovated and the price is good. We were very happy with our stay there.

It was in the centre of the city. Owner helpful and polite. We were allowed to have an early check-in.

-The whole apparent is cold. The heating in the leaving room wasn't working well. There was no heating in the bedroom. We asked for an additional heater and the owner brought us one. We had it on all night long in order to keep the bedroom warm, but it was very noisy during the whole evening. -The bathroom didn't look clean. The towels looked old. There was only hair shampoo. No body shower, no hair conditioner. The toilet flush was running. -The cutlery wasn't enough and some items were rusty and old. There was no proper knife to cut our fruits for our breakfast. -There were 3 open bottles of wine left in the fridge , maybe from the previous customer. It didn't look nice though. -The corridor to the main entrance is blocked by furniture which is located exactly on the top of the stairs. So we had to jump a bit to get to the front door. It was difficult for people with mobility problems. -Not enough sun light. It was a bid depressing.
