Atendimento bom, cama confortável, banheiro amplo e ducha muito boa. Vista bonita para a serra. Self check-in e check-out funcionou muito bem com a senha enviada.
Isolamento acústico: quando passamos na porta, escutamos tudo do lado de fora. Falta de opção para café da manhã (pois fica distante de pontos comerciais). Vaga de garagem apertada, ao manobrar fica perigoso por causa da distância curta com o barranco. Falta de controle do portão: fica aberto o dia todo e cria uma sensação de insegurança. Falta uma bancada (móvel) para uso de notebook.
