Localização central, a 1 quarteirão do Mercado Central. Bem próximo a drogaria, restaurante e distribuidora de bebidas. Bem higienizado / limpo.
Escadaria - muitos degraus até chegar ao studio - não é hospedagem indicada para idosos nem para pessoas com problemas de locomoção, pois não há elevador. Além disso, há bar / restaurante do outro lado da rua e barulho / algazarra durante a madrugada. O colchão também poderia ser mais firme.
