Really disappointed with this property provider. I don't usually do such lengthy reviews but this experience really was disappointing. Where do I start? When arriving at the property we weren't given an introduction by our host but were met by a friendly cleaning lady who simply gave us the keys and did not show us around the property. I requested the reccomended check-in but was told by our host that we had to have a late one which seemed strange but once we got to the property we understood why. He stated that the apartment would be ready for 16:00 hence the late check-in, but when we arrived at 16:30 the cleaning lady was still cleaning the apartment. The apartment was far from clean as all rooms were ant infested. Seeing ants in the kitchen was bearable but to find them all over the apartment such as on the living room sofa was uncomfortable and itchy. The lights in double bedroom and the connecting bathroom did not work and when using the air con there was an extremely bad odour. The weather was hot during our stay so we had to firm bad smells from the air vent during the night. I informed our host but he was unresponsive to address our concerns. The security in the apartment wasn't secure. The locks on the balcony door and bedroom window didn't seem to work but then again we weren't given an introduction on how to properly lock the doors. The description of the nearby locations was very misleading with the "nearest" beach being a 40min walk away and your "nearest" shop being an Aldi, was a 25min walk. To access the bus stop into Marbella Old Town and the Centre the walk is mostly unsafe for pedestrians as you're walking on and around the dual-carriage way. The nearest bus stop pulls up mid-way of the dual-carriage way, so to speak, you'll need a car because we had to uber it EVERYWHERE. There were some positives such as the apartment was spacious and the balcony had comfortable seating with promised views.

Es gab 3 Türen und dafür 3 Schlüssel. Der Schlüssel für die Vordertür hat nicht funktioniert uns somit musste wir immer durch die Garage rein gehen.

Bien aunque con cosas a mejorar

Lo mejor ha sido el trato de los encargados del apartamento, estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros al llegar, ademas que tuvimos un problema con la llave y vinieron rápidamente en persona. El apartamento es un ático y es amplio, tiene vistas al mar desde lejos y está en una urbanización muy tranquila, aunque hace falta el coche 100% para todo. Es un apartamento pet friendly! La plaza de garaje está incluida aunque OJO porque es muy estrecha por culpa de una columna (nos lo avisaron con antelación). Nosotros probamos y pudimos aparcar nuestro coche que no es pequeño (Clase C) con cuidado y sin problema. Buena limpieza en general.

La cerradura de la puerta de la urbanización a la calle no está bien y cuesta mucho abrir la puerta con la llave (nosotros incluso pensamos que la llave no era la correcta). Por culpa de esto, tardamos una hora de más para poder entrar al apartamento. Es bastante incómodo y más si se tiene que aparcar el coche en la calle porque no cabe en el garaje. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio está bastante deformado por el centro y es muy incómodo para dormir varias noches. Hay algunas cosas que no se perciben en las fotos que están más estropeadas, como el horno y la nevera (funcionan bien pero son bastante antiguos).

Vergane glorie

Lekker ruim appartement, goed terras met mooi uitzicht. Duidelijke check-in instructies dmv een video, komt geen personeel aan te pas.

Het was niet schoon: kruimels lagen op de stoelen, er stond vieze vaat in de kasten, beddengoed had vlekken. Alles is oud en slecht onderhouden. Er zaten bijvoorbeeld piepschuim hoekjes aan de salontafel (ziet er niet uit), er lag een laken over de bank (waarschijnlijk om vlekken te verbergen), er stond een box die niet aangesloten was en ook geen kabels voor connectie beschikbaar, 1 can de zonneschermen op het terras was kapot. De matras op het bed was doorgezakt en lag niet comfortabel. Je krijgt veel berichten van de accommodatie, maar alles is in het Spaans. Met het internationale publiek op Booking.com zou je verwachten dat hier rekening gehouden mee wordt. Het appartement heeft erg veel potentie als de boel eens goed opgeknapt wordt.

Desilusão

Ter muito espaço.

Casa não era muito higiénica, havia muitos mosquitos e formigas, muitas vespas asiáticas na zona da piscina. As casas de banho não pareciam ter sido limpas. O colchão da cama do quarto de casal tinha uma deformação no meio, as a janelas da sala não fechavam, cheirava muito a esgoto na zona do apartamento. Quando o termoacumulador funcionava para alguém que estivesse a tomar banho o forno não aquecia. E o lugar de estacionamento na garagem só existe para pessoas que tenham fiat 500 ou mini Cooper por isso quem tenha carro que não seja isso não compensa. Não se paga estacionamento exterior no entanto correm o risco de terem de ir lavar o carro todos os dias devidos às necessidades dos pássaros.

Un apartamento de revista con un anfitrión fantasma

El alojamiento está muy bien, limpio y es muy moderno. Además es muy muy amplio y grande. La terraza es gigante. Todos los muebles y los baños son bastante modernos y están muy bien para ir en grupo. La urbanización tiene una piscina que está superbién con campa. Está bastante lejos de Puerto Banús y lo que es Marbella, está bastante apartado. Si o si hace falta coche, si vas a coger este alojamiento. Nosotras íbamos con coche y no nos importó.

El propietario no te contesta ni queriendo. No coge el teléfono nunca. No coge el teléfono ni en horario de atención ni nada. En ningún momento tratas personalmente con el anfitrión. Para coger las llaves. Tienes que hacer literalmente una gincana y un Escape Room. Está bastante mal gestionado en este sentido la recogida de las llaves y el checking del apartamento. Sería bastante más fácil quedar con el anfitrión en persona y que te explique todo y que te dé las llaves. Además no nos dió las llaves del la puerta del portal y una noche que estaba cerrada esa puerta no teníamos manera de entrar. Estuvimos apunto de llamar a la policía porque los vecinos que timbramos nos decían que no nos abrían la puerta hasta que al final una vecina bajó y nos abrió la puerta de malas maneras. Después de comunicársela al anfitrión , este nos dijo que nosotras habíamos pedido perdido la llave cuando no lo habíamos perdido, porque ningún momento la tuvimos. Creo que tendría que mejorar bastante la atención al cliente. Además de esto te pone que tiene parking en el apartamento, pero luego cuando le vas a pedir la llave del garaje te dice que solamente entra un mini o un Fiat 500. Creo que eso debería indicarse antes aunque sí que es verdad que se puede aparcar fuera de mala manera, subido a la acera, pero no te multan.

La atención de los responsables. El teléfono no lo cogen ni por error. El mando del parking, después de solicitarlo varias veces, nunca lo recibí y tuve que aparcar en la acera

Kylpyhuoneet olivat siistit ja asunto sekä parveke mukavan kokoisia. Autopaikka oli kiva lisäbonus, sillä sijainnin vuoksi ilman autoa oli ollut mahdoton pärjätä.

Parvekkeen ja olohuoneen sohvat olivat äärimmäisen epäsiistit ja niissä ei halunnut istua. Bookingissa olevat kuvat ovat joko vanhoja tai photoshopattuja, eivät siis pitäneet paikkaansa todellisuuden kanssa. Lämmin vesi eri riittänyt kahden naishenkilön (äiti+tytär) suihkuihin. Bookingissa olevasta kuvauksesta poiketen grilliä ei ollut ja viinilaseja oli yksi. Vaatimalla saimme grillin ja viinilaseihin täydennyksen, mutta nekin erilaisia kuin se yksi valmiina ollut😁 Hinta-laatusuhde ei todellakaan vastannut toisiaan.
