Hello, I have a problem obtaining invoices for my stays. Several months have passed, and my accounting department is asking where the invoices are for the payments made by my limited company. Please send me the invoices as soon as possible. I have booked these apartments 3 times and have always been satisfied. I would like to write a positive review, but unfortunately I cannot do that until this issue is resolved. Thank you in advance for your help.

I really liked the spacious apartment, truly large for one bedroom and a sofa – providing above-standard comfort. The terrace offered a beautiful view, both of greenery and the sea, which added to the overall enjoyment. The bathroom was exceptionally convenient, with two sinks, giving plenty of space. I also appreciated the thoughtfully designed amenities and extra features above the standard, which made everyday life easier. Any issues were resolved very quickly, and the close proximity of the parking made coming and going very convenient. The only thing to get used to is how to set the pick-up address for a taxi on Uber, but otherwise everything was very convenient. The apartment is just a 10-minute drive to Marbella Marina, making it easy to get around.

It’s worth noting that in Spain it’s common for doors to simply latch rather than lock automatically, so it’s better not to leave the key inside the apartment. I personally didn’t experience any issues, but it can be a minor safety consideration.

Excellent apartments, located in a peaceful Río Real area, about 5–10 minutes by car from both Marbella city center and the sea. The neighborhood is quiet, green, and perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. The apartments themselves are spacious, modernly furnished, clean, and very well maintained. They feature new appliances, a good internet connection, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed as a couple, but the apartment could easily accommodate up to 4 people. The area is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation, but restaurants and entertainment are more easily reached by car. Having a car is therefore essential, and it can be safely parked in the underground garage or in the monitored parking area.

This flat was even better than expected. It's a beautifully modern and spacious apartment with an excellent layout. The great views were a definite highlight and made the stay extra special. The flat felt very new and clean, and I appreciated the modern amenities. This is a top-notch rental and I'd love to stay here again.
