We waited for almost 2h30 for the host to send us access code. It was a nightmare. We traveled from Johannesburg to Zebula, we were tired and we wanted the bathroom and to freshen up. Eventually they assisted us. Can you please improve on that 🙏

The house was ok but our weekend was ruined by power.
On saturday we had no power, no back up system. We slept in the dark from 15h00 till the following day.
There was no water also.
We couldn't make and we couldn't shower. We were speaking to different people who couldn't help us.
It was very very disappointing. Our food went off.
I would like to be compensated some money as day 2 was ruined.
We had a baby with us...this was really frustrating

The unit is very well appointed and in a wonderful location. It was very clean and tidy and had everything that we needed.
The fan in one room didnt work but that was not a big problem for us.
