205 Zebula 4 Bedroom with 2 bedroom Cottage

The house was well equipped and had a beautiful view, serviced the next day and lady was friendly. Bathrooms were clean and rooms as well. Beds were very comfortable. The flatlet was a little dirty with lots of droppings in kitchen area, don't know if it was rats or squirrell droppings but also comfortable.

The code we were given did not work, we had to phone the emergency no. to get another code. There was a confusion and only after a new code was given were we able to access the keys. Entrance was very dirty and outside patio too. There was no wood available as advertised, nobody to greet or assist.

It’s a really great size for a large family. The pool is also a lovely size and great fun for the kids, it was super clean too.

There were squirrels in the roof of the cottage which made sleeping quite uncomfortable, but not a major deal, it is the bush after all

Large open spaces.

Needs a lot of updating. Maintenance badly required. Broken pool beds, bannister. Mould on outdoor furniture. Carpet in main bedroom full of stains. Roof leaked badly in tv room, couldn’t use this room as all. Not enough drinking glasses. Crockery chipped. Dishwasher didn’t work. Tumble drier door kept opening. No stoppers on curtains, fell off every time we opened them. Creature lives in the roof of the cottage making a mess all other floor and double room bed. Bulbs were out in some lights. There are so many more issues that needs addressing to make this a comfortable space.
