Palawan Residence

The place was okay. It was worth its price. Budget-friendly. The aircondition unit worked fine. Bed was okay although the pillows were not hotel quality. Good thing that the place has Netflix so I got to spend hours killing time in front of the TV.

Given the chance, I would have booked for another hotel that's closest to the city proper. There are really no facilities to use here. Although if you like peace and quiet, this is the place to go. Also, the place would work for an overnight stay but not if you have a flight to take the next day. The place didn't have signages so it was quite challenging to find since the tuktuk driver was not familiar of the location. No toiletries but towels were provided. I had a box of hopia (bread) which was left on top of the table, I woke up to the hopia being infested by black ants.

Grande chambre avec un grand lit double, salle de bain relativement grande aussi et de l’eau chaude :) l’hôtel se trouve à l'écart dans un quartier calme, c’est donc relativement silencieux la nuit (il y a tjrs des chiens/coqs, ça fait partie de la vie locale). Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre. Ils ont un petit rooftop joli et paisible pour s’y poser. Il est relativement simple de rejoindre le centre de la ville avec le bus local (seulement 25PHP). Personnel sympathique.
